"Mind-Body-Spirit Bootcamp" is probably the best way we can describe Satori Method. It's truly blend of a high-energy 'bootcamp' workout with the healing arts of yoga, meditation, qigong & tai chi.
This is an innovative approach to fitness training that motivates you from the inside out. Satori is a Zen term which literally means "deeper understanding". Here the word 'Bootcamp' refers to an invigorating way of strengthening your body. In light of this Satori Method is a way of using high-energy workouts to strengthen and rejuvenate your body, while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
In the Satori Method classes you can expect to tone your muscles, lose weight, gain flexibility and reduce your stress, all while having a great time in a friendly atmosphere. Every class leads you through workouts that include cardio conditioning, fitness kickboxing, strength training, abdominal shaping, flexibility, meditation and the visualization of your goals.
About the Bootcamp:
Cardio Training: Tired of the treadmill? The Satori Method program is all about variety. During the cardiovascular training you will be moving throughout our cardio stations every three minutes. We use multiple conditioning exercises such as kickboxing training, heavy bag training, jump rope, fitness step, jumping jacksand power walking.
Strength Training: This section of the workout completely tones EVERY muscle in your body! We will clearly guide you through cutting-edge strength training methods using dumbbell weights, resistance bands, body weight ropes and body weight exercises.
Flexibility Training: Following our unique Martial Yoga™ flow series you will be releasing muscular tension while stretching your entire body. The movements are circular in nature, giving you an increased range of motion and functional flexibility. Additionally this type of Yoga boosts your energy levels by increasing the healthy flow of Chi (Life-Force) through your body.
Meditation Training: Meditation is the foundation behind Satori Method, hence the meditation symbol in our logo. All too often fitness programs can leave you feeling adrenalized and over-stimulated after the workout. The powerful Meditation process in the beginning and end of Satori Method quickly gets you into 'The Zone', giving you laser-like focused, yet leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
60-Day Fitness Challenge:
Every 60-Days we have a Fitness Challenge.
The first setep of the Challenge is to take the Fitness Assessment.
The second step is to set your fitness goals and healthy eating goals.
Next we kickoff the Challenge and measure your progress along the way.
At the end of 60-Days we will measure your final results.
Students are awarded their Satori Method belts at the Graduation Party.
