It has truly been an honor and a privilege to work with over one thousand children since we established our Academy in 1992 in Westlake. Even though our system, Life Ki-do, teaches incredible martial arts skills, the benefits that parents and children seem to appreciate the most is the development of life skills.

Life Ki-do is an innovative program bringing ancient, universal movement and life skill principles into today’s world – literally the art of living from one’s natural inner strength. More than just a movement and martial arts system, Life Ki-do is an approach to life, a way to live with more confidence, fulfillment and peacefulness.

We have a variety of classes offered at two locations (Westlake and Northwest Hills) that are age and skill level specific, all of which are taught in a fun and nurturing manner.
